The Cable provider here "Castle Cable" is horrible and generally three stations are out at any given time. You can get a little dish and install it but I don't want to pay the $200 for the dish. Parking can be a pain the a$$ if you have more than two cars. I have had noise complaints off and on here and although they say they only allow three instances the trutch is I have never seen then kick anybody out.

Comcast serves high speed cable internet and digital cable at these apartments now.
