The noise here is a major issue. Tons of kids run loose at all hours and unsupervised by their parents. I cringe every time I hear kids outside playing anymore. The apartments are relatively small. The appliances are not energy friendly, and it was absolutely miserable to try to cool down the place during the summer. Typically my apartment was at least 10 degrees warmer inside than it was outside during the warmer months. Also I had a problem with all the bugs here. They do minimal landscaping but no pest control. The spiders are as big as small rodents, I swear. The roofs are disgusting and I never see them doing any sort of maintenence on gutters or on the outside condition of the buildings. I can't wait to move out. I won't live in an apartment complex again.
