I stumbled across this site by mistake and wow....such a variety of comments. With that said, I thought I'd give my two cents.
I've lived here for 4.5 years and am very happy. I have referred 3 friends to live here and they too have had a good experience.
I'm puzzled why so many comments are negative. It must be from people that are usually the rule breakers. That's just a guess but rule breakers are usually the one's that complain when they don't get their own way.
I think that you should consider Evergeen Park if you're looking for a place to live. I've been nothing but happy here. Thank you to the staff and maintenance for being wonderful to me! I look forward to renewing my lease.
