I had lived here last year for a period of about five months. I forced an eviction after my car was broken into 2 times and I had lost over a $1000 in tools. Every time I tried to be as pleasant as possible with these managers, but met absolute defiance, resistance, and lies. Do not tango with these people. They don't dance an honest step. Here it is a year later and they are haunting my credit report. They slapped an extra month of utilities and $140 in charges to my "then" rent. Unless you pay your rent PRIOR to the first of the month, expect a letter on your door informing you of a late charge. The pool access was ridiculous and the children are left unattended and not enforced to conform to politeness. And you can forget trying to get internet access from anyone other than some cheap Built-In wiring company that charges you for NOT using their internet system. This is by far the worst apartment complex experience I have. Don't say we didn't warn you...

just wanted to point out that this apartment is now serviced by Comcast high-speed internet and TV.
