I have read some of the complaints on this board about Evergreen Park, but it amazes me that people would expect a mansion. First of all, rent for a 2 bedroom apartment is under $650.00. Paying $650.00 isnt going to get you an apartment on Fifth Avenue. I think for what people pay, it could be a lot worse. I live here (temporary stay) and their are a few things I dont like.... mostly about the residents. If they would pick up after themselves, picked up their trash and didnt park there ghetto cars everywhere, the place would look a lot better. Landscaping and management are great. Maint guys always walking around picking up the crap that the residents are too lazy to pick up. People, dont blame the management for everything, blame yourself for living like a pig! If the staff didnt have to waste there time picking up after all the pigs that lived there, they could spend more time on things that could benefit the property. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
