No doubt about it. They are trying to con all past residents by making bogus claims. Like the last resident wrote take pictures, and make them sign an agreement that says you owe them no more money. If anybody wants to file a class action lawsuit please post here. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
