DO NOT WASTER YOUR TIME, COMPLEX IS OLD AND RUNDOWN THEY LURE PEOPLE IN WITH SPECIALS AND CHEAP RENT, THEN YOU REALIZE THE APTS ARE FALLING APART AND YOUR NEIGHBORS ARE CRAP. MOST RESIDENTS DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE COMPLEX AND IT SHOWS..... uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
