to the people who live on the ground floor on the east side of the S building, turn your bass down. There are others who do live here and also pay rent to enjoy the place they live in. All you are doing is annoying all of your neighbors. If this continues, be assured you will get evicted.

Your neighbor will not get evicted. I was in a similar situation and went to management several times. They assured me they'd talked to the person. Nothing changed. As long as your neighbor pays rent, that's all the management cares about.
