I totally didn't like the management change over that happened a couple months ago. My rent payments got lost and I was told I had late fees, when I had paid my rent! I was so frustrated! But when I took the problem to the management they explained that through the transition a lot of things got messed up. They fixed everything for me right away! Now they are throwing activities for the residents and giving away great prizes like $500 off rent! It's great! I will difinately renew for another year! I can tell the office staff really care about cleaning up the community. They recently had an event that brought everyone together to clean up trash around the community for half an hour and everyone got free lunch and a $50 gift card! How awesome is that!' Great place to live! I just hate that there's a handful of people who ruin it all for everyone else...but there will always be someone like that!

If they were great managment, they would be able to keep things in line. I dealt with these crooks for months, and it seemed like their excuse is always the same "we forgot" or "im so sorry" and the excuse of managment change is bull. These people take advantage of their renters. This is absolutely an awful place to live, and I hope no one else makes the mistake of moving in there.

You're absolutely right. The so-called "management" at Evergreen Park Apartments is nothing but a pack of thieves and predators. Whoever wrote this positive review was no doubt a member of their company, as it's written in such a transparently biased way. There's nothing too low for these people to stoop to... even going on this website and pretending to be a "tenant" writing glowing reviews. They're thieves and predators... and liars.

lol this is obviously one of the management posting here. The new management staff are horrid and total crooks. They have no interest in cleaning up the community lol they should focus on cleaning up the black mold in the apartments making children sick.
