My family and I have lived here for nearly 3 years, and the biggest complaint that we have is how often the managers change. Other than that, we are very happy with our apartments. We know a lot of people who live here who are happy too. So far, we have not dealt with any mold problems... and none of our friends do either. Anyways, this place is not bad to live at all. There are a lot of good features like a really nice gym and free movie rentals (that's my families favorite thing), maintenance is really fast and on top of their game, and even though the managers change, everybody in the office seems really nice and professional. That's all I really need to say... we are proud to call Evergreen Park our home.

Yeah, they're "so great"... But just wait until you go to move out, and they keep ALL of your deposit, no matter how much of a pristine condition you left it in, because of little petty things that they document on move-out inspection. What's worse, they deliberately lie and say that massive fix-ups were required, even after you treated the place like a newborn baby the entire time you lived there AND even videotaped the condition of the entire apartment on move-out. And, by the way, I'm sure you've noticed how they don't even have the basic decency to provide residents with an outgoing mailbox to use any time they want... Instead, they tell you that you can only drop off mail at their front office, and only while they're open. That's their typical attitude: It's always about them, them, them. Evergreen Part Apartments is a wolf in sheep's clothing.

ROFLOL A GYM!!!! You mean the place where they take a deposit for the pass card,then you go to workout and its filled with kids escaping their parents to watch TV,not to mention the equipment is all broke .Then when you try to get your deposit ,the express personnel employee gives you some rude answer and they steal it from you with bogus charges on damages ? You mean that GYM? You know alot of people that are happy there? Who? crack dealers? Go ask the local police department how great Evergreen park is theyll give you a good answer. Go tell Traci this bogus post wont work either.
