In my time living here, I have only had a problem with one neighbor. They moved shortly thereafter. Usually very quiet, very private. People greet you with a smile on most occassions.

Seems to be a nice place for level headed singles or families that just want to live thier lives.

The perks are above average. Examples are garbage disposal, A/C, laundry on each floor and secure building entry.

Very friendly management, very understanding.
