I just moved to the area so I needed an affordable studio apt. The apartment so far has been very good. The complex is very quiet. I was rather surprised that I practically never hear anyone.
The manager has always been here during posted hours and has been highly professional. I haven't had to use the maintenance guy at all, but I was provided his number to call for emergencies and have seen him around the complex several times working.
The studio I moved into is a fairly simple unit and everything works. The other tenants I have talked with have all been very nice.

ah, it erased my prior post! o.k. Ive moved out and the management/maintenance was great from move in to move out. Deposit was mailed to my new address. I'd recommend the complex to anyone.
