The place isn't new nor all that attractive; however, they are just about the cheapest in town. The apartments are small, the walls are thin, and parking is like playing musical chairs (there is no assigned parking and carports are limited.)Those are the minuses to moving here. On the plus side: The office staff are pleasant, the maintenance man is very nice, the neighbors have been pretty quiet, the complex is clean, the grounds are kept nice, and I generally feel pretty safe. I don't regret moving here, but I don't see this as long-term housing. I would recommend this place to persons on a tight budget, or to those that are saving for bigger and better things.
