**This is my review upon leaving, for whatever reason it's just replacing my previous review with this one. So the date today is actually 6/6/04 not 2/3/03.**

I've lived here for two years. As a thank you for my loyalty as a tenant, they've increased my rent by 30%. The last time my lease was up, they informed me, not only would my rent be increasing, but they're also no longer paying utilities. This place has gone to hell in a handbasket. I haven't seen a landscaper here in months. The weeds are growing rampant, the bushes are growing onto the driveways. It looks like utter trash.

The kids still run around unsupervised. And the managers have decided it'd be a great idea to rent all of the apartments out to drug dealers. Just today there were 6 cops here in the afternoon, K-9s, lights, no one could get into the apartments unless they were on foot. That was this afternoon, and about 15 min ago I saw yet two more cop cars rolling in. The residents all like to throw late night parties in the street, so don't expect to get any sleep on the weekends.

I have no problem with parking, because I have a garage. If you don't get a garage, makes sure you're home before 6. Or you could just park in front of other people's garages, everyone else does. The towing signs are obviously just there for decoration. Just throw on your hazard lights and leave your car there for a few hours, management won't do jack about it.

Pets are allowed. And don't worry about cleaning up their feces, the residents that have pets never do. So watch where you step, and try not to mind the smell.

I've turned in my notice, so there'll be an apartment open at the end of June. If you're a drug dealer, or buyer, I say go for it.
