I lived there for 1 year. The manager and assistant manager are related, sisters actually, so nepotism reigns supreme. Like I have read in other posts, they are wonderful to you when you first move in, but once you stop kissing their rears they give you the silent treatment and nothing gets done as far as maintenance goes. The assistant manager doesn?t know a thing about anything even remotely Apartment related, and if you ask any questions she will tell you to come back when her sister is there. The posted office hours are 9-5 or something like that but as those who reside there know, the sisters spend their 4-5 hour (I have timed it) lunch breaks shopping at Target. There is absolutely no confidentiality regarding personal or business affairs that take place between manager and tenant, and yes the children run rampant. They did decide to beautify the place a bit, or at least attempt to beautify it, but when the wood was being repainted the contractors stopped and when asked said it was because evergreen ridge would not pay them. So they left, and the work was never finished. The parking is horrific, the only way you can get a spot even remotely close to your apartment or make it to your apartment without t he aid of mountain climbing gear is to A. be the manager, or B. move your car out of the 'future resident parking' area at the office by 9am. The idea that the apartments are anything that one could call home is laughable, don?t even look. Just do yourself a favor and keep driving!
