Great price with utilities paid. The inside of the apts aren't even bad, it's the community and management that ruin this property. If you like loud children with no supervision, loud neighbors, and management that refuses to enforce their own rules then you'll fit in. Heck, if you deal or take drugs then you'll be right at home.
