I have lived here for a year and the new managment is great! I have had no drug activities take place since I have been here. There are an occassional party which is normal but the security company monitors the property well. The staff is great and helpful. Yes there are children but they dont harm any one and the school bus picks up the kids right at the entrance of the apartments!!!! I love living here and would recommend it to anyone. The size of the apartments are good and lots of closet space(I am in a 3 bed 2 bath) the rent is a good price and they give great deals. They do not hike up the price either. If you dont pay rent of course you'll be told to move out..they want people living here that are going to pay rent and keep things clean. The only down fall to living here is the dogs...no one seems to pick up after their pets but management is cracking down on it. I recommend it highly!!!!!!
