I've lived in two units and the old management was great and my old apartment was great the one they moved me into is a dungeon, stuff falls apart all the time if something breaks you get charged fees even if it's the apartments fault then you get another fee for them having to give you a fee. I've had my car broke into and attempted to be stolen when they had the garage doors off I have deaf neighbors yet they're so loud and are awake at night, the only place I could think to live that could be worse is green tree!!! The manager and her maintenence son should be fired I say we all sign a petition to get them out of there!!!

I bet your the one who never pays your rent on time there for you will get all the fee's. Your probably the one who doesnt follow the rules of the apartment and let your kids and dog reck the apartment so there is so many things you will get charged for. Your dog is probably never on a leash and is crapping all over everyone elses place which you probably never pick up. When your car was broken into and the garage doors were off...Shirley the manager now... wasnt here. I know cause I've been living here since before you. If you dont like living here...MOVE!!!! The manager is great and the maintenance is great..both guys!!!! Maybe you should get all you facts straight before you say bad things about people...Her SON doesnt work here. He doesnt even live in the same town. Her recently-became,son-in-law works for the company. Petition all you want but a lot of people like the office staff and would like people like you out of the complex!!! I hope you come knocking on my door to sign the petition so I can personally give you a piece of my mind like a lot of others will. Maybe I will copy this and post it on everyone's door so they can tell you how they feel. Especially about your comment on the deaf people living here. Very poor taste!!!! Grow up or move!!!!

Hey I agree with this posting, and mam' cause you have to be a lady, I've lived in these apts. 3 years, I have payed my rent on time, I know Justin and Billy. I miss them. I have no dogs ok give me a new reason i have no say so in this arguement? People like you assume to much you back others that treat you good and thats all fine and dandy, but you have to look at what is happening to the people around you. Stop bashing the first guy/gal for his oppinion of these ------ ass apartments. I hate these apartments so much, i have my own reasons mostly because of towing fees WHILE IN THE CORRECT PARKING SPOT! and some other things but imma try not to bash, im just jumping in to say this guy has a point and you need to stop bashing :) cause i have lived there a long time too and imma back him in what he says. Look at this post i said all i wanted to say and i didn't even get worked up once :)

Wow funny 12 people just moved out! I totally agree with the first post, I know who she was, she recently moved out completely of these nasty apartments! And she did pay her rent on time every month! You shouldn't get so worked up over someones opinion! Maybe you're her daughter or her son in law trying to stick up for them w/o being noticed, not very good at it I'll tell you that much! You should read all the posts on here, these apartments have the worst ratings of any apartments online!!! I've lived here long enough to know I want out of my lease!
