I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews of this place. I rent a condo which is managed by someone other than primarily those in the office. In my experience, the only time i go to the office is to get a package, which at some point they may not have been there, or at break or something, generally not bad. Parking for visitors is a drag, but my unit comes with a garage so for me, it's satisfying.

The grounds are nothing special. I can't say there are a lot of parties, and if there are, I certainly don't notice them.

Overall I'm not complaining, maybe I just got lucky or live on the "good side" of the apartment complex (I live near the office).
