Run, do not rent, do not own. Any decent reviews were probably written by staff. Dry rot, poor foundation, pest problems such as moisture ants and termites. On a lease/rental basis present manager has a history of harrassing tenents. At one point, she told 3 different disabled individuals to park in the same, single space. One guy had a broken leg and lived across from the manager's office; she made the man park outside of the parking lot on 17th ave. She continually harrasses and gets into conflicts with tenants, locks herself into the office, and then threatens them, or calls a) a tow company to tow your car, b) call her daughter, son-in law, or staff, c) calls the police - although someone should be calling them on her. d) harrasses you further, e) all of the above. Get anything Shirley Kielman says in writing, tape recorder, cell phone camera video with audio is great! She will contridct herself at every turn in a very dramatic way.

The ridge from hell response would be a lie. Most of the community is unhappy with the current manager and antics of harrassment, slander, threats, and retalliation. Intersting that the last several contacts had to be video and audio recorded.

As I stated earlier, Evergreen Ridge is a great place to live. I have written asking whoever is posting these letters,if they would like to come and talk with me about whey they were so unhappy here as I would love to talk with them. If anyone would like to discuss these posting with us and you are looking for a place to live, I would be happy to talk with you also to get rid of any negative things that were written by people, who did not like to follow rules, that moved out.
