I HAVE TO AGREE WITH THE PREVIOUS TENENTS WHO STATE THE TRUTH ABOUT EVERGREEN RIDGE, THAT PRESENT MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE. THE MANAGER WILL LIE, AND IS AN ILLEGAL EMPLOYER, SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS A MINOR REPAIRS...MANAGEMENT NEGLECTS. MOISTURE ANTS, DRYROT, LOTS OF NOISE AND VERY POOR PARKING. MY WIFE AND I NEVER HAD A COMPLAINT ABOUT GARBAGE OR VEHICLES. IF YOUR UP TO A B-POLAR SCHIZOPHRENIC TERRORISTIC ENVIORNMENT WITH TEENAGE PARTIES AND CRIME AND LOTS OF DRUG DEALERS AS RESIDENTS; GO FOR IT - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
