This is a great place to live. This neighborhood is close to all the stores you could want to shop (many within walking distance). It's gated (nice to have a little extra security),and the grounds are very neat and clean. The complex is small and quiet. Neighbors are friendly. The managers, Larry and Caroline, are extremely helpful, nice, and do a tremendous job managing this complex. They immediately take care of anything that might come up. The apartments are not overly large, but they have a nice layout and have all the appliances including a washer/dryer. The porches upstairs could be larger. Inside is VERY quiet compared to other apartments. I almost never hear my neighbors. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a quiet and secure environment.
