I searched all over Vancouver... this is really home! It started with the Manager, Caroline. She is the most caring individual you could hope for. Then, I loved the layout, and the Apt layouts. After moving in, I observed how well the place is maintained... thanks to Larry! I haven't needed much help since moving in about 2 years ago, but it is obvious that ANYTHING needed is handled immediately. Totally crime-free... the gates help! Great neighbors too! The garages are a nice option. I have had NO complaints, and I give huge kudos to the place.
