My ------- and I move here in Dec 2002, and here are the reasons we chose Forest Glen.
1. They accept month-to-month. We needed a place to live for only a few months while we are building our house. It'll be done in June.
2. They accept large dogs. We were able to bring our German Shepherd with us and not have to kennel her.
3. The rent is reasonable for all you get.
We pay $ 499 a month which includes our water/sewer/garbage.
4. It's not just a basic apartment. We come home and go for a swin (there's a heated indoor pool), workout in the fitness room, or just read the daily paper (they provide) in front of the fireplace. We don't have to feel like we are giving up everything while we wait for your house.
5. We like the security entrance. We have to use a key to get into the building before we get to our apartment and our guests use a call box to be let in.
6. The building is well-maintained. The entrances and halls are clean. The one ---e we had a dripping faucet maintenance took care of it right away.
7. The owners and management care about who they let move in. I can tell because my neighbors are quite and friendly. I also work for the city and talked to a friend of mine who is on the police force. He said "those people work hard a keeping the place clean, and full of good people".
You can see why we chose Forest Glen above all the other places we looked at.

I want to rate the abuse that goes on in the said complex. Landlords and the money scams done to the tenants The perverted men stalking single, pretty tenants, landlord sides with the perverted, Landlord is a liar when it comes to keeping SO/deposits, charging for light bulbs, to tan in tanning bed, use complex computer in day room and use printer and printer paper. Charges for anything that will line the deep pockets of these landlords. Landlord puts notes constantly on tenants doors, falsely accusing incant tenants of some act, without proof of cameras, her proof is the fat, ugly, sad people that have no life, but to cause the well establish people pure trouble!!!!!! Other words; run you off so they can steal the security deposit..... Landlords repeats, behind close door personal conversation,to the old hags residing there, to the courts, to the city of Vancouver, WA. Your business is out there being abused! Landlords are out for , are trouble makers, embrace hostel environment Ole tenants, a ---- & --- (------- and ----) are pure stirrers, trouble makers, where I have been present when the both told the landlord that a long ---e tenant (who is cute, tiny.... by the way~) said tenant~ is a . NOT TRUE!!!!!!
