I've lived at Forest Glen for just over three years now and I've had little to no problems:)The few small problems I've had like, a clogged sink, burned out light, ect. have been fixed right away. They even installed A/C units last fall. Not many other places I've lived in had A/C. My power bill here has rarely gone over $45.00.
They do charge for hot water here but I'd bet my power bill would be higher than the little they charge every month. At my last apartment they had these little hot water heaters and I was always running out of hot water. That thing was always on and it wasn't cheep either. Here I've never run out of hot water no matter how long I'm in the shower. I know some---es $ is tight , which brings up another point. When I moved in here the office staff worked with me so I could better afford the Deposits. One other thing I realy like is the security doors. Yes I have also seen the doors propped open but only when someone is moving in or out, come on who's not guilty of that. Since I moved in they have added new and better equipment in the fitness room. They even put in a tanning bed !! It's lot more conveniant than going to the tanning salon not to mention a lot cheaper. It's only $1. The place isn't new but very well kept. The staff here is always cleaning something . They even cleaned my carpet for free after I'd lived here a few years. Last summer I asked if I could paint my apt. a different color. They said that would be fine as long as I re-painted it when I moved out. It's nice to give your place a personal touch. If I have tons of cash I would live in a mansion but for now Forest Glen is my home and I'm Happy. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

I want to rate the abuse that goes on in the said complex. Landlords and the money scams done to the tenants The perverted men stalking single, pretty tenants, landlord sides with the perverted, Landlord is a liar when it comes to keeping SO/deposits, charging for light bulbs, to tan in tanning bed, use complex computer in day room and use printer and printer paper. Charges for anything that will line the deep pockets of these landlords. Landlord puts notes constantly on tenants doors, falsely accusing incant tenants of some act, without proof of cameras, her proof is the fat, ugly, sad people that have no life, but to cause the well establish people pure trouble!!!!!! Other words; run you off so they can steal the security deposit..... Landlords repeats, behind close door personal conversation,to the old hags residing there, to the courts, to the city of Vancouver, WA. Your business is out there being abused! Landlords are out for , are trouble makers, embrace hostel environment Ole tenants, a ---- & --- (------- and ----) are pure stirrers, trouble makers, where I have been present when the both told the landlord that a long ---e tenant (who is cute, tiny.... by the way~) said tenant~ is a . NOT TRUE!!!!!!
