There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling. They entered without permission. Told us a different story at first then what they made up afterwards. After the second complaint, nothing. We left in accordance to the landlord tenant law of a 10 day period to start repairs. They did not even look at the roof. Now they are threatening to sue us after 1 year! SLUM LORDS. The place stunk, was filthy, cars were broken into, no security, there so called "secured locks" didn't work half the ---e. Pothetic layout, no window in bedroom. Looked like it was an old hotel. The layout of the building is of that. Stuck us in a smoking area that we requested a NON- smoking.

I want to rate the abuse that goes on in the said complex. Landlords and the money scams done to the tenants The perverted men stalking single, pretty tenants, landlord sides with the perverted, Landlord is a liar when it comes to keeping SO/deposits, charging for light bulbs, to tan in tanning bed, use complex computer in day room and use printer and printer paper. Charges for anything that will line the deep pockets of these landlords. Landlord puts notes constantly on tenants doors, falsely accusing incant tenants of some act, without proof of cameras, her proof is the fat, ugly, sad people that have no life, but to cause the well establish people pure trouble!!!!!! Other words; run you off so they can steal the security deposit..... Landlords repeats, behind close door personal conversation,to the old hags residing there, to the courts, to the city of Vancouver, WA. Your business is out there being abused! Landlords are out for , are trouble makers, embrace hostel environment Ole tenants, a ---- & --- (------- and ----) are pure stirrers, trouble makers, where I have been present when the both told the landlord that a long ---e tenant (who is cute, tiny.... by the way~) said tenant~ is a . NOT TRUE!!!!!!

This reviewer makes no sense whatsoever and you can't follow the story. I know the Landlords and think that either this is a bogus story or they are smoking something and probably are the "trouble makers". We have a great community here with great security and great neighbors. I wish them luck to find anyplace better for the same cost!

THANK YOU FOR THE STORY IT MAKES SENSE.THIS IS PROBALY THE MANAGEMENT BACK UP THEIR SMELLY BACKS! AHUAUHAHU. NO ONE KNOWS THE LANDLORDS IN ANY COMPLEX...GIVE THE PUBLIC A BREAK. DU NO I WON'T GO HERE BECAUSE OF WHAT THE TENANTS WRITE ABOUT. ME AND OUR FRIENDS JUST OPENED UP THE SECURITY PART OF THIS,RATE YOUR COMPLEX, AND WHEN YOU OPEN IT UP THERE IS A MAP OF SEX OFFENDERS IN THE AREA, ONE MILE FROM YOUR COMPLEX IS 40 SEX OFFENDERS, CUTE, FIVE MILES 20 SEX OFFENDERS, 15 MILES 5 SEX OFFENDERS. RIGHT THERE TELLS THE PUBLIC THE BAD REVIEWS HAVE A LOT TRUTH TO THEM, THIS COMPLEX IS IN THE SEWER HOLE. THANKS FOR THE HEADS UP...

"mevegasgirl" has simply recycled a previous posting word for word, but this ---e has omitted the personal names used the first ---e this trash was posted. That previous posting was removed by AR because the use of personal names could have created some legal issues. The second "anonymous" review also seems to have been written by the same person who did the first review - illiterate, rambling, just more attempts to try to get revenge for the trouble this person brought on themself. Don't listen to them, contact Forest Glen and get the straight story.
