Seriously.

NOISE, NOISE, NOISE, it is so loud, you can hear everyone talk and have sex and cough and sneeze and pee.

You name it, you'll be able to hear it.

I have had to talk to my neighbors countless times to tell them they are being loud.

I am not one for confrontation so I try to wait a while before I complain, but after four hours a day for a week of loud music or dogs barking, it gets to be too much.

You know when people are taking a shower, because the water pressure squeals and yes...you guessed it...you can hear it loud and clear.

I lived there for two years and just recently moved out, thank GOODNESS!!!! The other people are right about the management, they are WONDERFUL people and don't intentionally do bad things.

I don't think they are slum lords and they have no control over the no insulation problem.

But they did have control over putting in the hardwood floors and that was a VERY BAD IDEA!!!!! The main reason I moved out was because of that.

There is no carpet to muffle the sound, so whereas before you could hear almost everything, now you can hear EVERYTHING AND MORE!
