well, just keep looking. Seriously. The noise here is awful! Any time anybody does anything, you can hear it. Your neighbor down the hall having a party? Excellent, you don't need to provide music! They already did. It seems that they have to shut off the water at least twice a month to fix some water problem somewhere, and it might be a few days before the problem is fixed. Sure, they'll turn the water on after 5 PM, but if you work a swing shift - good luck showering before work! Overall, this is the worst renting experience I've ever had!
