I support this complex and will move back in a heart beat. Doesn't even a GOOD apartmment have an occassional water or maintenace problem' Shouldn't GOOD apartments have routine maintenace done to keep your apartment and complex in the best shape it can be. and this manager does post notices to let tenants know of shut offs., so tenants can work around them. ( if they want or need to) In any complex you will find an occasional noisy tenenat who needs the managers attention. and here the manager will confront the problem and evict when needed. I have witnessed that . This manager and owner want this complex to be a relaxing place to come home to. She works with the police and other managers in the area to keep it a safer community.. As ALL managers should be doing..The manager will listen and do the best she can to solve any problems that arise. Give this complex a chance, walk the grounds, meet the manager, view a unit, they are comfortable. we plan on coming back.
