Forest Glen had an amazing crew who were well trained in public relations. I like how everyone of them was a capable person full of common sense and the ability to make a decision based upon compassion & righteousness. I think that Forest Glen had a very Godly energy about it because of the people who made up Forest Glen. We had a beautiful lobby that was open 24hrs a day and I think that had exemplified the energy there. Open and trusting and that is what I loved about Forest Glen. I loved the way the raindrops fell on the ceiling while I sat in the lobby, warm by the fireplace. I liked that there was a paper to read in the lobby and that the areas are clean and orderly. I enjoy the fact that this lobby is very comforting in that it is an extension to our apartments that is always available like our staff in case of an emergency. I like that the parking lot is close and that the doors are secure. I love the sauna and t.v. room and work out room. I should note that the sauna doesn't hold energy well because it not being properly constructed, but if you warm it up for 20 minutes and stick a towel under the door it works. I had some things in storage stolen and the wall had leaked ruining some of my things but they were kind enough to let me have the storage for the entire 12 months for free which was almost more than my damaged goods were worth. I do remember the girl named Melissa who was not so professional, but she tried and that is enough when dealing with incompetent individuals. In all due respect she was new to the job and business and I hope she has grown more attuned. They did get rid of the two competent and professional people named Chris and Naomi. Also I was quite surprised to lose my deposit because I was raised by a mother of 9 children who cleaned houses for a living and I always do a top notch job because I respect my mother and my home. They charged me for a 100 dollar light which goes in the bathroom because it was burnt out. However, we are not responsible for replacing such lights, but we are supposed to report that when it happens. I think that was a very unreasonable charge.

Um...excuse me. Did you read the other threads on this apartment complex? This is the biggest load of crap that I have ever heard. The people that worked at FGA when I first moved in, back in 2007 were good. The staff over the last year and a half, however have been shady. There was one girl Naomi, who was competent and helpful, but Melissa was the most imcompetent and unorganized persom I ever met, and that is putting it nicely. There was also an amazing maintance person, but he just kinda fell off the planet right before we moved out. The staff that is left is NEVER in the office and they are demeaning and unhelpful. I was happy as pie to move out of this God Forsaken place.
