this place is in the not so great area of vancouver. there are drug dealers, has been a murder there, and it is a regular police patrol....thats not a good sign. i have seen teenagers fighting in the parking lot, and noise all the time. when i lived there, all my doors had fist holes through them and it took them 4 months of me yelling at them to fix it. also, our water pressure was horrible, and the drawers in our kitchen were missing the tracks so they fell out every time. if you are desperate, move here, the staff is very friendly, but the location sucks.
