I lived here the first time 20 years ago. Then I was young and into parties and didn't care about the noise, It really wasn't bad then. I came back about 10 years ago and rented here again, only to find the place was infested with ---- roaches and the walls were falling down around me, the parking lot was turned into an after hours night club, gang fights and all. When you got up on a sat. or sunday morn the parking lot looked like it had been new years eve and no one picked up the beer bottles like for weeks, they just kind of blew away. The murder is true. It did happen and it was close to #81. I think that the person that said the police couldn't find anything on it, works for this complex. Don't be fooled by the niceness of the staff, the stab in the back does come with the smile. This is not the same as it was when I first lived here! It is dirty and smelly and gross! I moved after the first week, I found a ---- roach in a dish in my sink and there were plenty more in the cupboards..When I complained of it, the staff said that it was normal to have them in this ares, bulls***, They said they would send someone to spray, but that they would come back due to the immigrants that lived there, That is also bulls***. We didn't even finish unpacking! Don't unpack here, it is a nightmare! We lived here the first time in 1982, The second time for one week in 1994.
