The place is not bad for the price. The not good stuff; it took over two weeks to get them in to fix a maintenance request, the garbage piles up with flies and bees, the window and door let in air, I have had issues with ants, nats, spiders and silverfish, parking is horrible, a lot of people walk around all times of the night and there are never any washing machines or dryers open. The good stuff; it is usually pretty quiet, it is cheap, the management has always been very nice to me, the apartments are nice all factors considering, and the other residents I have encountered have been nice. Overall, I would recommend this apartment to someone on a tight budget.
