Would not recommend a "basement" apartment. Basement apartments have little sunlight, some ant problems, no patio/deck.
Laundry facilities are communal, and sometimes difficult to find an available washer or dryer. (Mailboxes are in communal laundry rooms.)
Large, clean swimming pool and nice hot tub (both outdoors).
Problems with water getting too hot-and periodic servicing of the pipes/pump causing water shut-offs for a day at a time.
Parking lot is sloped in most places, can be hard on car's alignment and getting in and out of vehicle.
Large apartments and clubhouse is very nice (also has a pool table).
Would recommend for 1 or 2 adults with no children. Hampton Hills ONLY has 1 bedroom units.
