These are the best apartments I have lived in so far!

The managment is wonderful when you talk to them they actually make you feel like they are listening to you and they actually take action.

The Apartments are all one bedroom one bath so they are ideal for singles or couples just with young or no kids. There are very few kids on the property.

The parking is great too because it is all open parking so when people come and visit you they can actually park near your apartments. there are also plenty of spaces you never have to worry about find a decent spot.

It is a fairily quiet community you will once in a while hear the kids that live here or traffice noise but it is not a big deal.

Inside the units the living space is equal to the bedroom space this is wonderful I actually have a living room! The units are spacious and set up so that you are not like a sardine in a can trying to get all you things in here.

The rent is reasonable also I think they highest rent is 595 and they pay for garbage and sewer.

If you are looking for a decent apartment in the Hazel Dell area I would make sure give this place a look!
