I have lived at Hampton Hills for some time. There has been a change in ownership and management recently. Both seem to be arogant to tenants. Manager is snobbish and a older guy with a clipboard goes out of his way to find things wrong with tenants and fines them.
Management over reacts to problems and will not listen tenant suggestions.
The new maintenance guy looks lost. Slow with work.
Too many big pickup trucks in lot, including one that is diesel and idles around 4:30 a.m. No one does not stop that.
The clubhouse has been locked to tenants for the past month when there is no employee on duty.
The pool and hot tub is crowded. Sometimes the tub is closed due to chemical problems from human fluids. There are some sexual acts in those facilities that are observed by other tenants.
Not a quiet place after hours due to SOME foreigners and SOME young tenants who refuse to obey the rules.
Cars go too fast in parking lot.
Some entry ways have poor lighting.
I am planning to leave my apartments when my lease is up.
