The apartment is pretty nice, but I think a tad pricey for the area. The staff are usually fairly friendly, but they can change in a heartbeat. The new manager is much better than the one when I moved in. The $99 move in special is a great deal, and they run it pretty regularly. I'm on the bottom floor, and the creaking from upstairs and various water noises take some getting used to, as most modern apartments.
