I miss my apartment at Heatherwood. Awesome spacious floorplan, beautiful interior, every ammenity I could want (including air conditioning!). I definately recommend the upper floors- the vaulted ceilings are an A !

Only flaw was management upon moving out. I went to office to turn in our notice to vacate and was told they didn't need it, they "had us down". When we went to turn in keys, they tried to slap us with lease break fee's, saying we didn't give notice to vacate. I fought them and they agreed to only charge us pro rate until new tenants moved in. I went to Clark Public utilities and got a print out stating when the new tenants activated electric. A week later I got a call from mgmt saying new tenants would be moving in "soon". I was furious and personally went in to deliver my "paperwork". Of course I won that battle(I had the paperwork to prove it). Since my move out from the apartments, I have met literally 5 other former tenants who complained of the same problem.

So, management was lacking in professionalism, but the apartment itself was absolutely everything I could have asked for. Definately recommended!
