Update: Well, after 2-1/2 years I'm moving so I can be closer to work. If I didn't have to leave, I wouldn't - this complex has been a great place to live and the support from the management and maintenance staff has been great. When I've called for help with something the maintenance guys are there quickly and make sure everything is in good working order before they leave. We did have a little noise last summer when someone moved in and her friends were coming and going at all hours of the night, but a call was made over one incident and we had police and the fire department respond. After that things quieted right down. We have no complaints and would recommend these apartments to any responsible adult.

I read some of the negative reviews right as I was moving into my new apartment. After living there for almost three months, I'm wondering if these people were in the same complex as me. So far it's been exceptionally quiet, I don't hear much if anything from the neighbors, it's the only place I've seen around that has covered decks/patios, everything is spotlessly clean, grounds are beautiful, and I love it. The apartment is spacious and well planned.

I've never lived in an apartment, so I didn't really know what to expect. It has far exceeded my expectations. Plus the management/staff are hard working and pleasant to deal with.

I am living there to save money for a house, and as far as finding something cheaper, this is the least expensive place I looked at in that neighborhood and by far the nicest and cleanest I saw. I'm happy with my decision to live here.
