i have lived there for three years now. lots of space in the three bedrooms. always having trouble with managment, they really like to control you, and i get hidden fees and late charges all the time and have to go talk to them half the time they wont take them off

Wow, maybe you should try paying your rent on time. All late fees and charges are explained in your lease. You will be charged late fees if you pay your rent after the 5th of the month. I have lived here for 4 years and pay my rent on time and have never had a late fees. You said you lived here 2008-2008 then you said you have lived here for 3 years. Maybe this says something about how reliable your word is. Jo
