Management acts like they care til it is time to act. The grounds/maintenance crew is great. The 3" noise barrier between floors does not work. Can hear every footstep-when they walk above light fixtures, they rattle. The security staff is unavailable during day and good luck getting help from management. Anything happens between 7AM and 8PM you are out of luck. The billing company they have for water, sewer, garbage and cable is the worst. They cash checks and don't post payments to account, put marks on credit due to their error and won't reverse them even after they admit fault. The area is nice and facilities are good-as long as you are one of the 100 residents that have the priveledge of getting keys. Construction to the West for the condos, to the South for the hospital, and to the East for the housing development makes for loud days and not much peace and quiet. Finally, parking is good as long as the guests don't park in assigned spots (which of course never happens-yeah right!).
