Pet Feces is abundant in common areas. Fitness center has several machines broken and were not repaired. The Dumpster and recycling area stay filthy and on occasion you maynot be able to acces them due to large items other tennants place in the way. The local staff is not receptive nor is the management company. Also if you break your lease, they will stick it to you.
