Parking sucks. Spots are very close together. Management is rude. I don't know if it's because my roomate and I are younger. Maintnance is helpfull. However it took them 6 hours to respond to my call to fix my toilet. I like the security and the gate. However the gate closes at 10. SO anyone can come in before 10. I do feel safe here though. Theres about 7 cops who live here. SO its a rather safe community. My apartment was nice. No major problems. I love the master bedroom closet. It's huge!
Despite the security and nice landscape, I live in a two bedroom apartment and pay $870 a month. And to upgrade to a three bedroom is $1350 a month. Seems a little bit rediculous to me.That's why I'm moving to a more affordable place. Nice part of town, just way to much money.
