seems to be two different worlds depending on which side of the complex you live on: the middle doesn't seem to have any guest parking (each apartment includes one reserved spot) and the east side has lots of children running around, while the NW side, which i was lucky to live on, had plenty of parking spots and was absolutely silent all the time, minus a few footsteps heard from upstairs.
no one ever parked in my parking spot but i did see someone get towed from a spot once, so i assume that it gets taken care of if someone does it.
the staff is approachable and nice enough but watch out for the girls driving the golf carts, i almost got hit at least four or five times by them while they were driving well over the posted "5mph" speed limit.
the appliances and cabinets are high quality for apartments. i never had a problem with anything so i can't speak for the maintenance crew. theres tons of storage and a washer/dryer in every unit which is something lots of other apartments lack.
lots of people in my building had dogs but i never noticed any waste out on the grass.
overall, a great place if you can afford the inflated prices... you can rent a nice house for the price of any one of these apartments. i'd have stayed longer if i could... i only moved out because it got too expensive for me.
