I have lived at Highland Hills for 3 years now. I have enjoyed every minute of it. I mean there is always some people that have a BBQ that gets a little loud, but one call to the security and it is taken care of. THAT IS PART OF LIVING IN AN APARTMENT COMMUNITY!!!! I have never had an issue with parking or the staff in the office. They are always prompt to my requests for maintenance and help me whenever I need it. After reading the other reviews I am honestly in shock, there are a lot of apartments here and I mean maybe I'm only reading the people whom were "bad" residents and needed to leave. I am sad to say that I am leaving Highland Hills at the end of June. My work has transferred me to North Carolina. I will miss Vancouver and my home that I have had here. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

I've been here over 2 years... too expensive... rent keeps going up -- nothing new in the way of improvements for the money... too much noise on stairs, balconies, parking lots... too many college students sharing apartments... 4 students to a 1 bedroom apartment is excessive... too many guests/unregistered tenants taking reserved parking spots... never witnessed a tow truck towing an illegally parked vehicle -- even after several days of being in your PAID parking spot... too many dogs dumping and owner's not picking up... MANAGEMENT needs to be REPLACED!!!
