The management here is horrible. The place is way overpriced. The model room looks a thousand times better than the actual apartment. And the security here is the worst I have ever seen. I think they hired good will employees to run security.

The walls in my apartment are paper-thin. I can hear talking, cars driving by, and the TV. of my neighbor. I hear constant squeaking from people walking upstairs day and night. Parking is horrific. The security in cars sneak around your building at night if called. Nothing has been done about people burning out motorcycles in the middle of the night on weekdays. Drunk drivers speed through. Rent is 900 for a two bedroom. You can get a three-bedroom townhouse in Vancouver for that price. Save you money. This is no place for kids. The maintenance speed through the apartment with un-muffled exhausts. It was quiet during the day when I viewed the staged apartment. The apartment they gave me was dirty. The dishwasher doesn't work right, there is no disposal, and there are serious bug/spider issues. I feel like I am in the same room as my neighbors. and I can hear every step they take as their children run through the house. Management told me I was lying yet security heard it. There computers are dinosaurs and don't work most of the time. While management is gone for the night children take them over for hours. There is a limit on dog size at 35lb's but it is never enforced and there is so much more.

the place is great and the noise is not as bad as you think. All apartment complexes involved densely populated human being with kids and most allow pets so you will have the same situation anywhere you rent. I suggest each of you buy a $400,000 house with 2 acres so you can hear nothing.
I have never had any issues with the computers, which run fast and are almost always available.

I also have a huge spider and bug problem. And my dishwasher is so loud that I'm not allowed to run it at night. I've also had problems with neighbors leaving trash on my doorstep. For the quality of the complex, the price should be a couple hundred dollars less for rent. It is way overpriced.

I used to notice spiders and bugs, but always convinced myself that it was my fault. I watched a VERY LARGE spider descend from the ceiling and land on my bed once. When I swatted it away, I couldn't find it. Needless to say, I slept on the couch for a few days.
