We moved here in May 2008 and have nothing but good to say about this place! We only have one adjoining neighbor, have great views from the windows and enjoy ground level entry. Being so close to all the nearby grocery stores, hospital, clinics, churches yet living conveniently outside main Vancouver has been great! The only negative we would have to comment on is the lack of more free parking spaces for guests. Also do not like the way parking is directly outside our bedroom window as we have some neighbors with a very loud car seem to forget people do sleep! Staff extremely pleasant - like having the package delivery at office, the convenience of the great gym and pools. Overall would say this place is great. We'll definitely be renewing our lease again!
