The walls are paper thin and we can hear our upstairs neighbors even when they are trying to be quiet. The buildings are not built right, so the doors are uneven and bugs, spiders, etc. get inside. Our neighbor actually had to have the fumigated because it got so bad. "luxury" stands for being woken up at 6 or 7am because they are using a leafblower outside of your bedroom window. Being threatened almost daily for complaints that are not real and having one parking spot that gets taken constantly leaving you with nowhere to park within the "gated" community whose gates are either broken or just don't close at all. The lights turn off when you walk by at night so you have to walk to the mail box or club house in the dark. The management doesn't respond to any requests but is really quick to threaten eviction if there is a possibility of something going wrong. Be sure to read every little detail in your contract and not take any advise from the management because they will use it against you if they can. Also, their pet policy of under 25lbs is never followed. There are pit bulls, labs and all sorts of large dogs in the apartments and the 2 pet limits isn't followed either. I constantly find huge dog poops everywhere and have been blamed for them (I have a 10lb dog and the poops were bigger than humans). SOme of our neighbors have 3 or even 6 cats and there are strays everywhere. We had about 3-4 cats sleep on our porch for months and hang out in front of building. This is literally expensive Hell. Please read other comments about their antics when moving out... I am dreading how much they try to scrounge out of people. Make sure to tape and record all of the damage before you move-in.

that sucks your neighbors were loud. really bugs? spiders? iv never had a problem with them. 6am groundskeeping?? thats funny. i see them start their work when i leave for work at eight fourtyfive. the gate never works?? when?? its always closed after nine pm. THE LIGHTS TURN OFF AS YOU WALK BY??? come on, your just tring to make this place look bad. oh yea one more thing, if you dont want to get thretend to get evicted. then pay your rent!!! duh! dog limmit is 35 not 25lbs. and the limmit was higher years ago. which is why there are some dogs that are much larger than 35lbs. " literally expensive Hell"?? did you not read your lease when you signed it?? sounds to me like you dont really know what your talking about. "strays everywhere"?? where did you pull that one from?? this is my second time living here. and i got my cleaning deposit in full. beacuse i cleaned my apt when i moved out.
