The community has gone downhill. It has been through 3 managements in 3 years. With each management comes negative changes. Poor management. They have increased the rent to an outrageous amount.A 2 bedroom apartment is not worth over $900.00 a month.

They have changed the rent on a 2 bedroom to over $950 a month, they also single out people to make examples of but then don't follow through on the rest. Some people haven't paid pet deposits yet aren't punished for it, others have charcoal grills instead of propane and nothing is done. Motorcycles cannot be parked on your porch even in pouring rain. This property has alot that needs to be changed starting with some of the staff.
