London Flats

this is the first apartment ive ever lived in so i dont know if its that bad compared to other places but i dont think its horrible. i think you have to understand that because its brand new and if we were some of the first to move in (my husband n I were the 5th i think) there are going to be kinks with things and you just have to work them out. the walls are a little thin and i hate being above the garages. the toilet seats are pretty cheap. and you do kind of pay a lot and having to do here. we just now got tanning ($20 a card) and we just got numbered parking....but thats a it. there is only a little piece of grass for the kids to play in which sucks because i do notice a lot of kids live here. it would of been nice if the people we actually planned out the place would of actually thought it thru a little more. ive heard they run a few other propertys and dont do that good of a job either. i loved lisa, kea and amanda (old managment). but i personally have never had a problem with the maintence guys. if its ever after hours hes always called right back. overall i dont think its horrible but it could be better but nothing is perfect.
